做好自我管理

我正在組織軟件開發團隊,隊員不一定是會寫程式的,只要對MemDB發展有貢獻者都歡迎加入(例如銷售伙伴),但首要的條件是要做好自我管理.


我理想的MemDB是沒有經理人和老闆,所以是沒有誰管理誰,只有自我管理,當然最重要的就是自我學習.

我是由一個人創業開始,體驗了自我管理的重要,我要管理好自己的時間,我要自我學習,沒有人告訴我要學甚麼,做甚麼,只有自己去思考,學習和實踐.

所以加入MemDB,你預計很多東西都要自我學習,不要期望每件工作會有人教你,我只會給你方向我說明書,這個是現時銷售伙伴的做法,他們可以拿系統的說明書自學,然後去銷售,做到自我管理.

  1. To self-manage well, we need to find efficient and effective of learning. Making clear of what one perceives by clear-cut classification is a must.
    For example, to write a program well we need to understand the flow well, then find the samples to analyze DIY.
    For one more instance, to master sociology well we need to sort out what type of ideologies on earth we are currently encountering. No doubt, as classic[al] philosophy has done such classification, we will eventually set out goal to Ph.D. or equivalent in all walks of life.
