H為我家的位置，圖中圓形是商場的位置，在馬頭圍道，是主馬路線，樓下有很多巴士站，交通方便． 另一個賣點是沙中線MTR概念，不過有沒有MTR，對MemDB的作用也不大，不用30萬就能擁有一間店舖，算是一項很好的投資吧．
