給應徵者第一個測試

近日收到很多應徵者的Resume，如何可以最快測試這人是否適合MemDB呢?我想到以下方法．




第一步是看安裝Turbo C++ Explorer教學安裝Turbo C++ (那個Free RAD和Borland C++ Builder類似)，然後跟Turbo C++教學, 第一個GUI系統設計一張銷售單的介面 (Sale Order GUI)，Form中有一個TStringGrid，用Code填入一些資料，只要用Print Screen把那GUI電郵給我就可以．

以上其實是大部份他日後需要做的工作，根據客戶要求，設計介面，寫一些Code等等．所以如果能自己安裝好系統，設計介面，寫到Code，就有80%適合MemDB了，之後只要七天trainning就能使用MemDB資料庫替客戶服務了．

    No need for source codes for verification? It is too easy to draw the GUI using tools today :P IMHO, using TStringGrid is quite slow especially for huge volume of data, why not set the test to a custom draw grid?

    i may request code before interview. Using TStringGrid just for testing the basic code skills.

    可以下載MemDB零售看看...
    以上測試只是想應徵者付出時間試試.. 表示一下誠意, 不只是email一份resume就等機會.
